How to Unlock Your Commission-free Trades

1. Viewing Your Commission-Free Trades
To monitor your Commission-Free trades, log in to your Client Portal and select the Benefits Program. Here, you’ll see the date of issue, total number of Commission-Free trades, how many you’ve used, and the remaining days.

2. Checking Terms and Conditions
For more details on how Commission-Free trading works, click on the left-hand side for Terms and Conditions and examples of usage.

3. Placing a Trade on MT5
Now, let’s go to the MT5 trading platform. After placing an order, you’ll see the order appear in the Toolbox under the Trade tab. Once filled, you can check the History tab for commission details.

4. Verifying Commission-Free Status
In the History tab, you’ll see commissions debited, along with NFA and exchange fees. The commission-free amount will be reflected under the “Profit” column. The Comment column will confirm that it’s a Commission-Free trade.

5. Tracking Commission-Free Usage
Return to the Client Portal, and under the Benefits Program, you’ll see the updated used volume, reflecting your recent trade. For further assistance, reach out to Customer Support.
